These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website glowaestheticmentors.com and the programs, courses, and services offered by Glow Aesthetic Mentors ("we," "us," "our"), operated by GlowWithRoslyn LLC. By accessing our website or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Our programs are designed for licensed or pre-licensed healthcare professionals, including registered nurses (RN), nurse practitioners (NP), physician assistants (PA), medical doctors (MD/DO), and other credentialed practitioners. Enrollment in certain clinical programs requires verification of current professional licensure. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Enrollment and Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved payment plan installment
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice; your price is locked at time of enrollment
• Payment plans require all installments to be completed to retain course access
• Founding Student pricing is available for the first 25 enrollments or through December 31, 2026, whichever occurs first

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and proprietary nature of our course content, we do not offer refunds once you have received access to course materials. If you are unable to attend a scheduled Hands-On Training session, you may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort, subject to availability, with at least 14 days notice. No credits or transfers are available for cancellations with fewer than 14 days notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, handouts, curricula, protocols, and content provided through Glow Aesthetic Mentors are the exclusive intellectual property of GlowWithRoslyn LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, record, screenshot, republish, or sell any portion of our content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

5. Course Access

• Online course access is provided for 12 months from the date of enrollment
• Access is personal and non-transferable; sharing login credentials is prohibited
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time
• Completion of course modules is required to unlock subsequent modules and receive a certificate of completion

6. Professional Standards and Code of Conduct

You agree to use knowledge and skills gained from our programs only within your scope of practice and in compliance with applicable state and federal law. You agree to maintain professional conduct in all program interactions, including live training sessions. Glow Aesthetic Mentors reserves the right to remove any participant who violates professional standards, with no refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our programs are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, legal advice, or professional licensing guidance. Results from applying program content vary by individual, patient population, and practice setting. We make no representations or warranties regarding specific outcomes or earnings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowWithRoslyn LLC and its officers, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our programs or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable program.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website and programs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Haven County, Connecticut.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted at glowaestheticmentors.com/terms with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
