Glow Aesthetic Mentors is committed to helping healthcare professionals build a strong educational foundation for aesthetic practice.
Our programs are designed to move beyond simply learning where to place an injection or how to operate a device. Students are encouraged to understand the clinical reasoning behind treatment—including anatomy, patient selection, contraindications, treatment planning, complication prevention and recognition, documentation, and appropriate follow-up.

My journey into aesthetic medicine began the same way many clinicians enter this field—with a strong healthcare foundation, a desire to expand my skills, and the realization that learning how to perform aesthetic procedures safely requires much more than watching a demonstration.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic provider, I have experienced firsthand the transition from traditional clinical practice into aesthetics. I understand the questions new injectors have, the hesitation that can come with treating your first patients, and the responsibility that comes with performing procedures where anatomy, technique, judgment, and patient safety all matter.
That experience is one of the reasons I created Glow Aesthetic Mentors.
I wanted to build the kind of education I believe healthcare professionals deserve: structured, clinically grounded training that explains not only how a procedure is performed, but why we make particular clinical decisions, how to recognize risk, when not to treat, and how to respond when something does not go as planned.
My goal is not simply to help you complete another course or earn another certificate.
My goal is to help you develop the clinical foundation, judgment, and confidence to become a thoughtful, safety-conscious aesthetic provider.
Through GAM, students begin with comprehensive didactic education and can progress into carefully structured hands-on clinical training as they meet program requirements. We emphasize facial anatomy, patient assessment, treatment planning, complication prevention, professional standards, and safe technique throughout the learning experience.
Whether aesthetics is a new direction in your career or the next step in an established clinical practice, I want you to leave your training with something far more valuable than memorized injection points:
