Frequently Asked Questions

Who are GAM programs designed for?

Glow Aesthetic Mentors provides professional aesthetic education designed for appropriately licensed healthcare professionals (RNs, MDs, NPs, DOs, Dentists, and other eligible clinicians) interested in developing or advancing their knowledge of aesthetic medicine. Individual course eligibility may vary by program.

Does completing a GAM course authorize me to perform aesthetic procedures?

No. A GAM course or certificate does not independently grant professional licensure, prescriptive authority, procedure privileges, or legal authority to practice. Students are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws, regulations, professional scope-of-practice requirements, employer policies, supervision and collaboration requirements, and facility requirements applicable to their jurisdiction and profession.

Is Injectable Foundations online?

Yes. Injectable Foundations is structured as an online educational program. Hands-on clinical training is a separate pathway subject to eligibility and approval.

What does Injectable Foundations cover?

The program introduces core concepts including facial anatomy and safety, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, patient assessment, consultation and treatment planning, infection prevention, complication recognition, emergency preparedness, documentation, consent, photography, professional practice, ethics, and clinical safety.

Is there a final examination?

Yes. Injectable Foundations includes a final examination. The required passing score is 80% on applicable assessments.

Will I receive a certificate?

Students who satisfy the applicable course completion requirements may receive a Certificate of Completion. The certificate documents completion of GAM educational requirements. It is not a professional license, board certification, or authorization to practice.

Is hands-on training included with the online course?

No. Hands-on clinical training is a separate educational pathway with separate eligibility, approval, tuition, scheduling, and training requirements.

How do I qualify for hands-on training?

Depending on the program, requirements may include:

  • Required online coursework
  • Application submission
  • Professional credential review
  • Eligibility determination
  • Hands-on approval
  • Applicable tuition and payment requirements
  • Financial clearance
  • Training clearance
  • Selection of an available approved training date
Can I book a hands-on training day directly from the website?

No. Training calendars are private. Only students who complete the applicable approval and clearance process receive access to eligible training dates.

Are payment plans available?

Payment options are displayed on programs currently open for enrollment. For Injectable Foundations, the Founding Student offer currently includes:

  • $697 Pay in Full
  • 3 payments of $249

Payment-plan availability and pricing may change for future enrollment periods.

Are all programs shown on the website available now?

No. Programs labeled Coming Soon are provided so healthcare professionals can explore GAM’s developing curriculum and join the appropriate interest list. A Coming Soon listing is not an offer of immediate course access.

Can I join more than one waitlist?

Yes. Prospective students may indicate interest in multiple future programs.

Where will I access my online course?

Enrolled students will receive course-access instructions following successful enrollment and account provisioning.
